Work with me one-on-one for personalized support, or choose from expertly designed movement guides and exercises you can follow at home. Whether you prefer hands-on coaching or self-paced practice, you’ll learn how to move with purpose, strengthen key muscle groups, and build the stamina and body awareness that support an empowered labor and smoother recovery.
Prenatal Strength Training for Labor Preperation
Prepare your body for birth with intentional, pregnancy-safe strength training. Our programs are designed to help you build the stamina, stability, and confidence needed for labor and birth.
Through targeted movement, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups used during birth, like the core, glutes, and pelvic floor, while improving posture, reducing pain, and supporting a smoother postpartum recovery.
Whether you’re planning a natural birth or just want to feel your strongest, strength training empowers you to face labor with more control, endurance, and resilience.
Strong Body. Strong Birth.
Postnatal Strength Training for Postpartum Recovery
Rebuild, reconnect, and restore your body after birth with gentle, intentional strength training. Our postpartum program is designed to help you regain core strength, improve posture, and support overall healing for your body.
With a focus on pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and functional movement, we’ll guide you through safe exercises that meet you where you are—no pressure, just progress.

Built Through Experience, Backed by Strength
With over 13 years of strength training experience—including during my own three pregnancies and three postpartum recoveries—I’ve learned firsthand how powerful intentional movement can be in preparing for birth and supporting recovery.
Strength training helped me:
-
Relieve common pregnancy discomforts
-
Build the endurance I needed for labor & birth
-
Recover faster and feel stronger in my postpartum body
-
Approach each birth with confidence, clarity, and connection
These experiences didn’t just shape my body—they shaped my mission. I’ve lived this journey, and now I guide other mothers through it with proven, personalized support.
Please note, for most pregnant women strength training is completely safe- as long as there are no medical complications.
That said, women should avoid exercise if they have:
- Significant cardiac disease or hypertension
- An incometent cervix or history of preterm labor
- Cervical bleeding or intrauterine groweth restriction
For those with a healthy pregnancy, stregth training can absolutely be part of your routine.
