Labor & Birth Doula Support Services:

One Prenatal Meeting
During the prenatal meeting, we’ll discuss your birth preferences, explore any concerns, focus on coping strategies,  postpartum planning, and your partner’s role.

Ongoing Pregnancy Support
You’ll receive ongoing emotional and informational support through phone, text, and email throughout your pregnancy, labor, and 6 weeks through your postpartum period. We’re here to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Continuous Labor and Birth Support
As your labor doula, we will offer continuous, in person birth support throughout labor and birth—whether at home, a birth center, or a hospital. Together, we’ll use comfort measures, movement, and birth positioning to help support your body and encourage your baby’s descent. We’ll also remain with you during the golden hour after birth.

Postpartum Doula Visit
Following your baby’s arrival, we’ll provide one in home postpartum doula visit to reflect on your birth experience, offer infant care support, and share any helpful resources.
