Our childbirth and newborn care classes are designed to help you and your partner feel confident, prepared, and supported, all in the comfort of your own home.

We offer two classes:

• Childbirth Education – Learn what to expect during labor, comfort techniques,  how to prepare for birth and postpartum, and so much more!

• Newborn Care – Get practical tips on feeding, soothing, sleep, and caring for your baby in those early days.

Our classes are led by caring, experienced educators who offer hands-on support, down-to-earth advice, and the encouragement you need to feel confident as you step into parenthood.

Birth Doula Support

Our labor and birth doulas are here to support pregnancy and birth your way. From prenatal meetings and personalized birth planning to comfort techniques and advocacy, we create a calm, supportive environment where you can experience pregnancy and birth with strength, knowledge, and compassionate care by your side. 

Postpartum & Infant Care

We prioritize your mental and physical health, providing a nurturing environment to explore emotions and build confidence as you adjust to life with your newborn. Our approach ensures you have access to the information you need to support your parenting goals without judgment. Our mission is to help you not just survive, but thrive during the postpartum period. We’re here to empower you every step of the way.

Placenta Encapsulation

At Nurturing Family Doula, we offer placenta encapsulation as a natural way to support your postpartum recovery. This service may help promote hormonal balance, boost energy, support milk supply, and ease emotional transitions after birth. Each placenta is prepared with care, safety, and respect to nourish and empower you during this transformative time.
